ROOTS TO WINGS free program at 10 a.m. at Homestead 1839, West Burlington, will teach how pollinators help gardens grow, also hosted by Burlington Public Library.
WAPELLO PRIDE DAY is noon-5 p.m. at L.J. Thompson Park’s south end. Raffle proceeds benefit the Trevor Project.
WEST POINT FIREWORKS are at dusk at South Park. Activities start at 5 p.m.
