BURLINGTON JAZZ FESTIVAL OPEN FORUM is 5:30-7 p.m. at The Capitol, 211 N. Third St. Come with ideas and questions. The jazz festival is July 25 and 26.

JEFFERSON STREET FARMERS MARKET is 4:30-7 p.m. downtown, including live music by Owen Russell.

RARITAN, ILLINOIS, FIREWORKS are at 9:30 p.m. at the Moore Farms, four miles south of Raritan. Concessions will be available.
